One of the nice things about my current role is that I recently had the pleasure of attending my first Black Hat conference. Now, to be completely transparent, I was there primarily to support networking and interactive activities at a security booth, but even with those small limitations, it was obvious that there is a LOT of interest these days in cyber-security and the myriad of options and opinions available.
