Tesla has filed suit against the man it claims was behind an effort to sabotage the electric car maker. A complaint (PDF) lodged with the Nevada US District Court names Martin Tripp, a former technician at the Tesla Nevada Gigafactory plant, as the culprit in a series of hacking and data leak incidents.
