IPOs keep on coming: Cybersecurity firm Carbon Black raises $152M

The growing wave of tech initial public offerings will be joined at the ringing of the bell Friday morning on the Nasdaq exchange with cybersecurity firm Carbon Black Inc. offering 8 million shares of its common stock at a price of $19.00 per share. The float itself, first reported April 10 and reflective of a seemingly increasing trend of tech startups quickly floating after filing their paperwork, sees the relatively old endpoint security platform provider, in that it was founded in 2003 under the name of Bit9, adding to what Box Inc.
