Here’s Kaspersky’s Full Complaint Against The DHS Over Anti-Virus Ban

Russia’s Kaspersky Lab is biting back in its tussle with the U.S. government.

Just earlier this month, an order came into force banning Kaspersky Lab software from being deployed across any federal government agency. It came after a long year for the Russian cybersecurity firm, which found itself at the center of a theft of National Security Agency files. Particularly crushing was a Wall Street Journal report that revealed the personal computer of the NSA staffer targeted in the theft ran Kaspersky. American officials were suspicious that the company was either surreptitiously hacked by Kremlin agents or there was some kind of collusion that led to the loss of intelligence from the PC.
