Accenture’s 2025 State of Cybersecurity Resilience report reveals that a majority of large organizations (90%) are not prepared to protect against the increasing AI threat. This suggests that the scale, sophistication and speed of AI threats is surpassing the evolution of modern enterprise cybersecurity.  Furthermore, the report found that 77% of organizations are lacking in the necessary AI and data security practices to defend data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and critical business models.
