US government agencies have accused Russian actors of being behind a faked video purporting to show Haitian’s illegally voting in multiple counties in the state of Georgia. The joint statement from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said the video is part of broader efforts by the Kremlin to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the US Presidential Election and stoke divisions among Americans.
