With companies increasing their partner base and expanding into new services and dependencies, the attack surface for third-party breaches is larger than ever. This, according to security provider Censys, who says that as partners, subcontractors, and hardware vendors enter the picture, network defenders need to reconsider what does and doesn’t constitute a threat.
