Reddit, which has signed cooperation agreements with Google and Open AI — giving both companies the right to train their AI models using the site’s content — is now demanding that Microsoft, Anthropic, and Perplexity do the right thing and sign similar agreements. According to Reddit CEO Steve Huffman, the three companies have repeatedly used Reddit content to train their AI models, despite not being allowed to do so.
