How Amazon’s New CPU Fights Cybersecurity Threats

Amazon’s Graviton4 CPU, the latest in its line of Arm-based server processors, promises the usual performance gains; the cloud-computing giant claims it provides up to 30 percent better compute performance, and 75 percent more memory bandwidth, than the chip’s predecessor. Beyond expected performance, however, Graviton4 places the spotlight on security.
