US Unveils $50M Program to Help Hospitals Patch Cybersecurity Gaps

The US government has unveiled a new $50m program to develop cybersecurity tools to protect hospital environments from damaging cyber-attacks. The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), announced the Universal PatchinG and Remediation for Autonomous DEfense (UPGRADE) program on May 20.
