Data security software provider Rubrik Inc. today set an initial public offering price of $32 per share ahead of its listing on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday morning. The IPO will see Rubrik offering 23 million shares on a company valuation of $5.6 billion, according to Bloomberg, although including stock options and restricted share units, the company’s fully diluted valuation would be closer to $6.6 billion.
