The MC² Security Fund, an affiliate of investment firm The Chertoff Group LLC, has acquired cybersecurity company Trustwave Holdings Inc. for an undisclosed price. Founded in 1995 and owned by Singapore telecommunications giant Singtel Holdings Ltd.
