The EU has cemented ties with Ukraine on cybersecurity cooperation, with a new formal agreement designed to improve information sharing and capacity building. Announced today, the agreement formalizes discussions begun in Warsaw during the EU-Ukraine Cybersecurity Dialogue last year.
