Total DC voter roll potentially compromised in data breach

CyberScoop reports that all voters in Washington may have had their data compromised following a breach at the District of Columbia Board of Elections stemming from a ransomware attack against its third-party hosting provider DataNet, which was confirmed earlier this month. While 600,000 lines of voter records were initially disclosed to have been impacted by the breach, the DCBOE revealed that it was informed by DataNet that a copy of the U.S.
