International Criminal Court attributes cyberattack to espionage

TechCrunch reports that the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands has revealed that cyberespionage was involved in the sophisticated and targeted cyberattack against its systems last month. Possible compromise of any sensitive data, including those related to war crimes and witness information, has not yet been identified, according to the ICC, which committed to immediately and directly notify impacted individuals and entities in the event of any unauthorized data access or theft.
