Eric Johnson has been hired as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PagerDuty. Johnson will oversee PagerDuty’s critical IT infrastructure, data management and enterprise systems.  Johnson joins PagerDuty from SurveyMonkey where he served as CIO for the past four years.
