Investigations into possible data breaches related to the widespread Clop ransomware attacks targeting a vulnerability in the MOVEit Transfer file transfer app are underway in Illinois and Missouri, reports The Record, a news site by cybersecurity firm Recorded Future. Missouri’s Office of Administration, Information Services and Technology Division disclosed that it has been looking into files and other documents that may have been exfiltrated in the aftermath of the attack, promising immediate notification of individuals, systems, or entities that may have been impacted.
