Ninety percent of systems in Dallas that have been impacted by a Royal ransomware attack last month were noted by city officials to have been restored, StateScoop reports. Numerous other city systems have been recovered following the restoration of its computer-aided dispatch system in the middle of May, including its municipal courts and utility payments, as well as its animal shelter’s appointment scheduling system, according to city officials.
