Twitter has disclosed having been impacted by a security incident earlier this year that has exposed tweets published using the Circle feature, which enables the posting of tweets to an exclusive list of followers, to other users outside the Circle, The Guardian reports. “Twitter is committed to protecting the privacy of the people who use our service, and we understand the risks that an incident like this can introduce and we deeply regret this happened,”
