A previously unknown threat actor has been observed conducting espionage campaigns against CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) entities. Dubbed YoroTrooper by the Cisco Talos team, the threat actors mainly targeted government and energy organizations across Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
