New CASPER Attack Steals Data from Air-gapped Computers Using Internal Speakers

Researchers from the Korea University School of Cyber Security, Seoul, have recently presented a new covert channel attack known as CASPER, which has been developed as part of a research project that is currently in progress. In addition to this, it has also been reported that the attack may be able to leak data at a rate of 20 bits per second from air-gapped computers to nearby smartphones.
