Capita has announced it is selling its pre- and post-employment screening solution provider, Security Watchdog, to Matrix. The sale is part of Capita’s wider strategy “to sell a number of non-core businesses to strengthen the balance sheet and focus on two core divisions, Capita Public Service and Capita Experience”.
