Israeli cloud security startup Gem Security Inc. today launched out of stealth mode with the announcement of $11 million in funding and its first product, Cloud TDIR, a threat detection, investigation and response platform. Co-founded by Chief Executive Officer Arie Zilberstein, Chief Technology Officer Ron Konigsberg and Vice President of Product Ofir Brukner, all former members of the Israeli Intelligence Corps Unit 8200, Gem Security offers a platform that bridges the gap between security operations and cloud complexity.
