The study identifies challenges and risks for the EU regarding cyber capacity building in the EU Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) context. Several experts from the public sector, the academia and military, including NATO, contributed to this work in order to give a holistic perspective of cybersecurity requirements, concerns and good practices for military and civilian missions.
