Forescout Technologies and Advent International announced today that Advant’s tender offer for shares of Forescout, announced in February, has closed. The transaction, at $29.00 per share, gives Advent and its partner in the transaction – Crosspoint Capital Partners – ownership of Forescout while providing Forescout with financial support and expertise.
