Look, after [Sars in] 2003, I was tasked with reviewing the response in Beijing and myself and many of the experts in Beijing came to the conclusion that ring-fencing of that particular city would have changed the history, and ring-fencing has been used. It’s – in other words, instead of a full lockdown of, say, a state or a full city, it’s ring-fencing or shutting down hotspot areas.
