To help agencies understand and effectively manage encryption keys, SAFECOM and the National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators (NCSWIC), in collaboration with the Federal Partnership for Interoperable Communications (FPIC), developed the Encryption Key Management Fact Sheet.
