Cybersecurity solutions startup Acronis International GmbH has become the latest tech unicorn with the company raising $147 million in new funding to allow it to expand its headcount, accelerate its business growth in North America, build additional data centers and to grow through acquisitions. The was led by Goldman Sachs on a valuation of “over $1 billion,” the number required for unicorn status.
