Speaking at the EMEA Digital Identity Summit 2019, Stephen Topliss, vice-president, fraud & identity at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, said that online fraud is becoming more intricate and sophisticated. “Fraud has become much, much more complex,” he said, pointing to a particular rise in “networked fraud,” which consists of cross-border fraud, omi-channel fraud and cross-industry fraud.
