Personality assessment firm Hogan Assessments has compiled an analysis of the main personality characteristics that are best-suited for the cybersecurity field. The eight traits the company said are indicative of a successful career in cybersecurity are modesty, altruism, composure, scientific, inquisitive, skeptical, responsive, and diligent.
