A lack of skilled cybersecurity professions may soon lead to a crisis in enterprise security, according to a report released today by Tripwire Inc. The finding comes in a survey of 336 information technology security technology professionals undertaken by Dimension Research in February. Some 80 percent of respondents say it’s becoming more difficult to find skilled cybersecurity professionals. Highlighting the rapid transformation of IT, 93 of respondents also said that the skills required to be a great security professional have changed over the past few years.
