Operational technology (OT) and IoT security company ForeScout has revealed that it is buying out network protection specialist SecurityMatters for $113 million. Netherlands-based SecurityMatters sells OT and industrial environment-specific device visibility, continuous network monitoring, and threat and anomaly detection.
