One year ago, a website running the Apache Struts web framework in the back and hosted on the Jelastic Cloud and on the provider MIRHosting was subject to a nasty hack. The hackers were able to take control of our server remotely in order to increase its CPU usage to 100 percent so that nobody could access their website.
